THE CORRELATION BETWEEN LEVEL OF ANXIETY DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND THE INCIDENCE OF PRIMARY DYSMENORRHOEA IN FEMALE ADOLESCENTS AT SMAN 1 SINDANG INDRAMAYU IN 2020

Female adolescents who experience anxiety will have an increase in prostaglandin synthesis accompanied by decreased levels of estrogen or progesterone, causing uterine muscle contractions, blood flow, ischemia resulting dysmenorrhea. The prevalence dysmenorrhoea varies between 15.8% - 89.5%, with the highest adolescents, this shows that are very vulnerable to which lead incidence dysmenorrhoea. This study aims determine correlation level during Covid-19 pandemic and primary at SMAN 1 Sindang Indramayu 2020. Non-experimental research correlational analytic design cross sectional approach using data 50 female were taken quota sampling technique. Collecting electronic questionnaire is analyzed Spearman rank test. In univariate analysis, 36% had mild 72% Bivariate analysis statistical test obtained significance P value = 0.003 <0.05 a coefficient 0.418 positive. There strength two variables sufficient category positive, means if variable high, getting higher.
